Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors team seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services. The role is customer-facing and requires advanced technical credibility to engage medical device and life sciences clients.

You can work remotely or in a hybrid setup from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, travel up to 30%, and collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions and grow the EMEA pipeline.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Medical device and/or life sciences industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs, articulate value proposition, and manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with SMEs on tailored solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows.
