Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. This customer-facing role requires deep technical credibility and a proven consultative selling track record.

The position offers flexible working arrangements—remote or hybrid—from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague—with travel up to 30% to meet quarterly and annual quotas.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with quota attainment (min $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and opportunities.
