Job summary

Emergo by UL, a leader in Human Factors Engineering services, is expanding its senior sales team across Europe. The role focuses on selling premium HF advisory services in the EMEA region, with remote or hybrid options from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, or life sciences.
• English proficiency at least C1.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with ability to meet/exceed targets.
• Medical device and/or life sciences industry experience required.
• Human Factors knowledge is preferable.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions in proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Advise leadership on evolving customer needs and industry trends.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts year-round.
• Attend events to identify opportunities and build network.
• Acquire HF knowledge through training and self-study.
