Emergo by UL in Europe seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead the sale of premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region. You will be the customer-facing expert, translating client needs into tailored HF solutions and coordinating with internal SMEs to close deals.

The role offers remote or hybrid work options and may require travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows, with a focus on building a robust pipeline and meeting quarterly and annual quotas.

Competenze

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a minimum $3 million/year quota.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• Medical device and/or life sciences industry experience.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.
• Willing to travel up to 30%.

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
