Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors business unit seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium HF advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and requires technical credibility to engage medical device and life sciences clients.

You can work remotely or from an office in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30% to meet clients and events.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life sciences or related field.
English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets of at least $3 million per year.
Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.
Willingness to travel up to 30% (client visits, trade shows).

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; work with experts to tailor advisory solutions.
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and conferences.
Maintain relationships with target accounts and feedback market needs to inform offerings.
