Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in the EMEA region. This role is customer-facing, requiring advanced technical credibility to sell premium Human Factors advisory services, with remote or hybrid options from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

The candidate will lead the sales cycle, develop a strong pipeline, and collaborate with experts to deliver tailored HF solutions, with travel up to 30% and a minimum of 5 years in consultative sales.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency must be at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets (min $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software.

Aufgaben

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services through sales cycle, from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and present Emergo by UL's value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance of trade shows and conferences.
• Build trust with customers to identify needs and pain points and integrate HF solutions in product development steps.
• Contribute to marketing strategy and identify key industry events for representation.
