Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead premium Human Factors advisory services across the EMEA region, with remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, The Hague, or Basingstoke.

You will own the sales cycle, craft client proposals with HF experts, and grow a robust pipeline while exceeding quarterly quotas. Travel up to 30% is required; English at C1+, 5+ years of consultative sales, and life sciences experience are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• English at C1 level or higher.
• Bachelor's or higher degree in business, HF engineering or life sciences.
• Strong business acumen and sales process understanding.
• Willingness to travel up to 30% for client meetings and events.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and present tailored HF solutions and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; close deals with clients.
• Develop and manage a sales pipeline via outreach and events.
• Collaborate with HF experts to deliver client value and strengthen relationships.
