Emergo by UL’s Human Factors team seeks a customer-focused Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. This role is remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, requiring strong technical credibility and consultative selling skills.

You will be the primary contact throughout the sales cycle, scoping projects, presenting value propositions, and driving revenue while partnering with HF experts to deliver tailored solutions.

Formación

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a $3M annual quota.
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, HFE, biomedical engineering, life sciences, or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level or higher.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in presentations and proposals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events.
