Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business or life sciences.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Medical device or life science industry experience.
• English at C1 level; strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proficiency with MS Office and CRM software.
• Ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and present Emergo by UL's value proposition.
• Meet/exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; craft tailored solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via outreach and industry events.
• Build trust with customers and identify needs in product development.
• Contribute to marketing strategy for Human Factors business.
• Advise leadership on customer trends to shape offerings.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts year-round.
