Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors Engineering services, seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, requires technical credibility, and supports remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

Responsibilities include managing the sales cycle from initial contact to contract, developing a strong pipeline, and collaborating with SMEs to tailor HF solutions. Travel up to 30% may be required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a track record of meeting/exceeding targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Medical device and/or life sciences industry experience required.
• Business acumen and solid sales process knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary contact for HF advisory services across the sales cycle.
• Translate client needs into tailored HF solutions and drive contract closure.
• Build a robust sales pipeline through outreach and trade shows.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft value propositions and proposals.
• Travel up to 30% for client visits and events.
• Contributes to marketing strategy and industry engagement.
