Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. The role is client-facing and can be remote or hybrid from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will build a robust sales pipeline, meet or exceed a $3M annual target, and work with SMEs to craft tailored HF solutions for medical devices and life sciences clients. Travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, HF engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a minimum $3 million/year quota.
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
• Ability to travel including client visits and trade shows, up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serves as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows.
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and identify opportunities for HF services.
