Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Advisory Services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and focuses on selling premium HF advisory services with advanced technical credibility.

The position offers flexibility to work remotely or in a hybrid model from Barcelona, Spain; Basingstoke, UK; or The Hague, Netherlands. Requires 5+ years of consultative sales and life sciences experience.

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact through project scoping and contract execution.
Understand customer needs and articulate the value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
Develop sales pipeline through proactive outreach and industry events.
Travel to client sites and trade shows up to 30%.
