Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• English proficiency at C1 level.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for premium Human Factors advisory services throughout sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and present Emergo by UL's value proposition in proposals and presentations.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach, trade shows, and conferences.
• Travel for client visits and trade shows up to 30%.
