Job summary

Emergo by UL, a leader in Human Factors engineering services for medical and pharmaceutical industries, seeks a Senior Sales Executive for the EMEA region. You will drive sales of premium HF advisory services, engaging cross-functionally to tailor solutions, respond to inquiries, and close deals.

The role offers remote work with hybrid options from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague. The ideal candidate has 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences, English

Qualifications

Bachelor's and/or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
English proficiency must be at least C1 level.
5+ years of consultative sales experience and proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook), and CRM software.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle from initial contact through contract execution.
Understand customer needs and articulate value proposition in presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows and conferences.
Travel to client sites and trade shows up to 30%.
