Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience).
• Familiarity with service management; ITIL certification is an advantage.
• Familiarity with project management; Prince2 or DePICT is an advantage.
• Fluent in English.
• Experience in the logistics industry.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in IT, ideally within supply chain, logistics, or other fast-paced, complex environments.
• Strong skills in business/service requirements analysis.
• Change Management expertise.
• IT literate.

Technical Skills

• Understanding of IT System Development Lifecycle.
• Knowledge of IT System Integration technologies and architecture.
• Experience with software/application development and support.
• Familiarity with project management tools and methodologies (e.g., Prince2, DePICT).
• Knowledge of Supply Chain Systems, especially TMS.
• Ability to align IT initiatives with business goals.
