As a Senior Influencer Specialist, you will play a key role in shaping and executing the influencer, affiliation, and UGC (user‑generated content) strategy to strengthen the brand’s presence and deliver measurable business growth.
Your main responsibilities will include:
Strategy & Brand Vision
Develop and execute influencer and UGC strategies that reflect the brand’s identity and long‑term positioning.
Ensure brand consistency across all collaborations, content, and influencer communications.
Contribute to the strategic vision by aligning influencer and affiliate activities with broader marketing and brand objectives.
Campaign Management & Performance
Manage influencer campaigns end‑to‑end: from ideation, briefing, and negotiation to execution, tracking, and post‑campaign analysis.
Define and monitor KPIs — reach, engagement, conversion, ROAS — ensuring continuous optimization by campaign and by quarter.
Review and approve influencer content to maintain quality and brand alignment.
Coordinate product shipments and logistics when necessary.
Collaboration & Tools
Manage and optimise influencer platforms such as MyClub and Skypper, ensuring efficient tracking and reporting.
Participate in the scouting and recruitment of new influencers aligned with the brand’s audience and tone of voice.
Work closely with the Affiliate team to identify synergies and maximise campaign ROI.
Negotiation & Partnerships
Lead negotiations with influencers, agencies, and partners, ensuring strong relationships and impactful collaborations.
Provide analytical insights and actionable recommendations based on campaign data and market trends.
Minimum 4+ years of experience managing influencer marketing campaigns, ideally within beauty, fashion, or lifestyle sectors.
Strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a results‑driven mindset.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
High level of English, both written and spoken.
Strong understanding of affiliate marketing dynamics — previous experience is a plus.
Hands‑on experience with influencer platforms (MyClub, Skypper) and reporting tools (Google Sheets, Excel, or similar).
Experience managing collaborations and performance on TikTok.
Passionate about digital culture, trends, storytelling, and building brand love through creators.
