Job summary

Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors engineering for the medical and pharmaceutical industries, seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. The role combines remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague with client-facing responsibilities to close high-value HF advisory services deals.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets (minimum $3 million/year).
• Business acumen and understanding of sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition and coordinate with SMEs to tailor solutions.
• Develop and manage the sales pipeline; close deals and meet quotas.
• Attend trade shows and conferences to generate opportunities.
