Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the Europe, Middle East and Africa region. The role is customer-facing, requiring deep technical credibility and subject matter expertise in HF.

You can work remotely or in a hybrid setup from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague. You will drive the full sales cycle, craft customized solutions, and collaborate with SMEs to meet aggressive quotas while expanding the HF business footprint

Qualifications

5+ years of consultative sales experience with targets (minimum $3 million/year).
Medical device and/or life science industry experience required.
English proficiency at least C1.
Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
Articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
Close sales and exceed quarterly/annual quotas with SME collaboration.
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows.
Build trust with customers and identify needs to tailor solutions.
Contribute to marketing strategy and advise leadership on market trends.
Maintain account plans and nurture relationships throughout the year.
Acquire HF knowledge through internal training and self-study.
Identify key customers for discovery and opportunity.
