Emergo by UL, a global leader in Human Factors engineering services, seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Europe to drive sales of premium HF advisory services across the EMEA region. The role supports remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague and emphasizes technical credibility and consultative selling.

You will develop pipelines, tailor client solutions with SMEs, and manage stakeholder interactions to close deals.

Qualifikationen

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Ability to meet/exceed a $3 million annual sales quota.
• English at least C1 level and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

• Serve as primary point of contact for HF advisory services through the sales cycle.
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals.
• Build and manage sales pipeline via outreach and events.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft tailored advisory solutions.
