Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. The role can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, with travel up to 30% to engage clients and events.

You will develop a consultative sales approach, articulate our value proposition, and close deals by coordinating with SME teams to deliver tailored HF solutions for medical device projects.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, sciences, or engineering.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with a $3M annual quota.
• Medical device and/or life sciences industry experience.
• Strong business acumen and CRM/MS Office proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services through the sales cycle.
• Understand customer needs and articulate value propositions.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas.
• Develop sales pipeline through proactive outreach and events.
• Collaborate with SMEs to craft customized advisory solutions.
• Travel to client sites and trade shows up to 30%.
• Provide market feedback to leadership to shape future offerings.
