Job summary

Emergo by UL is seeking a senior sales executive for Europe to lead sales of premium Human Factors advisory services. The role is customer-facing, flexible to work remotely or in a hybrid setup from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, and requires advanced technical credibility in the medical and life sciences sectors.

You will build a high-impact sales pipeline, respond to inquiries, and craft customized solutions with SMEs. English at C1 and travel up to 30% are expected.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices or life sciences.
• Bachelor’s and/or graduate degree in business, human factors, biomedical or life sciences.
• English proficiency at C1 level must be demonstrated.
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook) and CRM software.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle and contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL’s value proposition in proposals and client presentations.
• Meet or exceed quarterly/annual sales quotas and develop customized advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline through proactive outreach and participation in trade shows and conferences.
