Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive to lead the sale of premium Human Factors advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing, requires deep technical credibility, and involves scoping projects and closing contracts.

Remote or hybrid work is possible from offices in Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague. The candidate will build a sales pipeline and collaborate with SMEs to tailor solutions for clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's and/or graduate degree, in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field
• English proficiency at least C1 level
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet/exceed targets (minimum $3 million/year)
• Medical device and/or life science industry experience required
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM software
• Ability to travel up to 30% for client visits and trade shows

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for specialty Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle
• Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals and manage client interactions to close sales
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas and craft customized advisory solutions
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade shows
• Maintain relationships with target accounts and gather feedback for future offerings
