Job summary

Emergo by UL seeks a Senior Sales Executive for Medical Device Consulting Services in Europe, Middle East and Africa. The role is remote with hybrid options from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague, and involves leading sales of premium Human Factors advisory services.

You will build relationships, qualify opportunities, and close deals while meeting substantial annual quotas. Travel up to 30% is required; a strong business background and English at C1 are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, life sciences, or related field.
• English proficiency at least C1.
• 5+ years of consultative sales experience.
• Medical device or life sciences industry experience.
• Strong business acumen and understanding of sales processes.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for HF advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition in client presentations and proposals and manage client interactions to close sales.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and trade show participation.
• Engage with customers to identify needs and pain points and integrate HF solutions into product development.
• Maintain relationships and provide market feedback to leadership.
