Emergo by UL's Human Factors Consulting unit seeks a Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium HF advisory services. The role is customer-facing and requires deep technical credibility, with remote or hybrid options from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will build a robust pipeline, meet aggressive quotas, collaborate with SMEs, and help shape future offerings. Travel up to 30% is expected; a business or engineering degree and English at C1 are required.

Formación

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience in medical devices.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Business acumen and sales process knowledge.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsabilidades

• Serve as primary contact throughout the sales cycle from initial contact to contract execution.
• Understand customer needs and articulate Emergo by UL's value proposition to close deals.
• Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas in the EMEA region.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and industry events.
• Collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory services for client needs.
