Job summary

Emergo by UL’s Human Factors (HF) business unit seeks a service-minded Senior Sales Executive to lead sales of premium HF advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and requires technical credibility to tailor solutions; remote or hybrid work from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague is supported.

You will develop pipelines, close deals, and collaborate with SMEs to craft advisory offerings.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven quota attainment.
• Experience in medical device or life sciences industry.
• Bachelor’s or graduate degree in business or related field.
• English proficiency at C1 level.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
• Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance of trade shows.
• Close sales and craft customized advisory solutions.
• Collaborate with SMEs to address customer needs and opportunities.
