Job summary

Emergo by UL's Human Factors unit is seeking a service-minded Senior Sales Executive in Europe to lead sales of premium HF advisory services in the EMEA region. The role is customer-facing and can be remote or hybrid from Barcelona, Basingstoke, or The Hague.

You will develop the sales pipeline, articulate value propositions, meet quotas, travel up to 30%, and collaborate with subject matter experts to tailor solutions for medical devices and life sciences clients.

Qualifications

Bachelor's or graduate degree in business, human factors engineering, biomedical engineering, life science or related field.
5+ years of consultative sales experience with proven ability to meet/exceed targets (min $3 million/year).
Medical device or life sciences industry experience required.
English C1 level or higher.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software; ability to travel up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for Human Factors advisory services throughout the sales cycle.
Articulate value proposition in client presentations and proposals; manage client interactions to close sales.
Meet or exceed quarterly and annual sales quotas; collaborate with SMEs to tailor advisory solutions.
Develop sales pipeline via proactive outreach and attendance at trade shows/conferences.
Identify customer needs and integrate HF solutions into product development processes.
