Lighthouse is seeking a senior hunter to represent the company with strategic prospects, owning complex deal cycles from first contact to close. You will build your own pipeline, manage a substantial quota, and work in a setting where AI supports discovery and closing, enabling sharper relationships and faster wins.

In this role you’ll engage C-suite stakeholders, leverage MEDDPICC, and contribute to Lighthouse’s growth across global hospitality accounts.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a closing sales role with a quota track record.
• SaaS experience is essential; hospitality tech is an advantage.
• Self-directed, coachable, and driven to improve.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
• Ability to engage C-suite and stakeholders across buying committees.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from prospecting to close.
• Build your own pipeline and manage a significant quota.
• Use MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities.
• Leverage AI tools to prep, discover, and position for deals.
• Represent Lighthouse at industry events and expand the brand network.
