Lighthouse is seeking a high-energy SaaS sales professional to own the full sales cycle from first contact to close. This hunter role requires building a robust pipeline, targeting net-new accounts, and expanding existing customers to the full Lighthouse platform.

You will leverage an AI-enabled revenue stack to research, sequence, and tailor outreach, drive multi-stakeholder conversations, and close large, strategic deals. Remote-friendly with hybrid options across global offices.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a closing sales role, SaaS experience required.
• Hunter by instinct: prospect cold, build your own pipeline, own the full cycle.
• Sell multi-product platform with a formal, multi-stakeholder decision process.

Responsibilities

• Own territory and quota; build a strategic plan and forecast.
• Prospect net-new accounts and expand low-adoption customers into full-platform deals.
