Job summary

Lighthouse seeks a high-energy Account Executive to own the end-to-end sales cycle for its hospitality AI platform. You will prospect, build pipeline, and close multi-stakeholder deals focused on the full platform rather than a single module. This quota-driven role leverages AI-assisted prep, discovery, and sequencing to maximize impact.

Remote-friendly with global teams; 2–5 years of closing SaaS experience and strong hunter instincts are valued, along with English fluency and French as a plus.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a closing sales role (SaaS preferred).
• Fluency in English; working proficiency in French is a plus.
• Hunter mindset with ability to build and manage a full pipeline.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close for Lighthouse’s platform.
• Open net-new accounts and expand low-adoption customers to multi-product deals.
• Use MEDDPICC framework and AI-enabled tools to qualify, sequence, and close opportunities.
• Collaborate with Enablement, Pre-Sales, and Coaching agents to optimize selling time.
