Lighthouse is seeking a senior hunter for its Revenue Team, based in Madrid with remote options. You will own complex, multi-stakeholder deals from prospecting to close, building your own pipeline and exceeding quota.

You’ll work with an AI-enabled revenue stack to optimize prep, discovery and closing, while becoming a hospitality industry expert. Join a global team of 150+ sales professionals and shape strategic accounts with enterprise value.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in a closing sales role with quota attainment.
• SaaS experience is essential; hospitality tech is a strong advantage.
• Experience with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
• Ability to engage stakeholders from GMs to C-suite and drive deals to close.

Responsibilities

• Own complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from prospecting to close.
• Build pipeline through outbound sequences and networking.
• Qualify and advance opportunities using MEDDPICC.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools to streamline prep, discovery, and closing processes.
