Job summary

Lighthouse is seeking a high-velocity sales professional to own the full sales cycle for hospitality customers, from first contact to close, in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

You will open net-new accounts, expand existing ones to the full Lighthouse platform, and apply MEDDPICC, AI-assisted workflows, and a disciplined process to drive multi-stakeholder deals. This remote/hybrid role offers a global team, competitive compensation, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

2–5 years in a closing sales role in SaaS.
Experience selling to hotels/ hospitality is a plus.
Proven ability to manage multi-stakeholder deals using a disciplined process.

Responsibilities

Own the full sales cycle from first contact to close as a hunter.
Open net-new accounts and expand to full Lighthouse platform.
Use MEDDPICC and AI-assisted tooling to advance opportunities.
Build a strategic territory plan and maintain 3x pipeline coverage.
Collaborate with Enablement/Pre-Sales and Customer Success for handovers.
