Job summary

Lighthouse seeks a results-driven SaaS sales professional to own the end-to-end sales cycle for hospitality clients in Barcelona. You will prospect, qualify, and close complex multi-stakeholder deals using an AI-enhanced selling stack and MEDDPICC framework, driving growth across a multi-product platform.

You will operate in a hybrid setup, building strategic territory plans, sustaining 3x pipeline coverage, and collaborating with Enablement and Coaching agents to maximize efficiency and closure

Qualifications

• 2–5 years in a closing SaaS sales role.
• Hunter by instinct with experience building pipeline.
• Working proficiency or fluency in Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Own the full sales cycle from first touch to close.
• Open net-new accounts and convert low-adoption customers to full-platform deals.
• Apply MEDDPICC to qualify and advance opportunities.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools for research, sequencing, and discovery.
