Lighthouse is recruiting a senior closing salesperson for its Madrid-based Revenue Team. You will own complex, multi-stakeholder deals from prospecting to close, carrying a significant quota and building your own pipeline.

You will work with an AI-enabled revenue stack to sharpen discovery, sequencing, and negotiations, while you focus on relationships, value-based ROI conversations, and closing high-impact opportunities.

Formación

• 3+ years in closing sales roles with a track record of hitting or exceeding quota.
• SaaS sales experience is essential; hospitality tech is a strong advantage.
• Self-directed, coachable, and driven to continuously improve.
• Familiarity with MEDDPICC or similar qualification frameworks.
• Ability to sell on value and engage stakeholders from GMs to C-suite.

Responsabilidades

• Own complex, multi-stakeholder deal cycles from prospecting to close for strategic accounts.
• Build your own pipeline and manage a significant quota with accountability for outcomes.
• Run a disciplined sales process using MEDDPICC and AI-assisted tools to identify gaps.
• Leverage AI-enabled tools for call prep, discovery, and pattern recognition to focus on selling.
• Develop industry expertise in hospitality pricing, distribution, and business intelligence to position Lighthouse as the integrated solution.
• Represent Lighthouse at industry events and drive expansion opportunities within existing accounts.
• Mentor teammates and contribute to playbooks and enablement content.
