? Key Responsibilities

• Architect automated ingestion frameworks in GCP (BigQuery, Cloud Storage)
• Develop Python-based ETL/ELT pipelines following Medallion principles
• Automate ingestion of structured data (CSV, Excel, JSON)
• Apply data validation using Pandera or similar tools
• Manage orchestration with Cloud Composer, Airflow, Dataflow, or Dagster
• Optimize pipeline performance and scalability
• Collaborate with backend engineers and data consumers
• Document processes and standards for clarity and traceability

? What We’re Looking For

• 8+ years of experience in data engineering
• Strong Python and SQL/NoSQL proficiency
• Proven expertise with GCP BigQuery, Cloud Storage
• Hands-on experience with ETL/ELT design and schema validation
• Experience with Airflow, Dagster, or similar orchestration frameworks
• Git-based version control and CI/CD automation
• Understanding of observability and auditability across data workflows
• Proficient English level, both written and spoken

Preferred:

• Lakehouse experience (Databricks, Delta Lake)
• Familiarity with FastAPI or backend integration
• Domain knowledge in climate analytics, ESG, or data governance
