Onapsis is seeking a motivated Customer Success Manager to support clients across Spain in a remote-first setup. You will act as a trusted advisor, guiding customers to maximize value from our SaaS platform, and drive retention and long-term partnerships.

Responsibilities include onboarding, proactive engagement, success plan development, and regular business reviews. Fluent Spanish is required; English is a plus. This remote role offers autonomy and a results-driven environment across Spain.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role in SaaS/tech.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills in Spanish; English fluency is a plus.
• Strong understanding of customer success principles, data analysis, and actionable strategy.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and ensure a smooth transition to the platform.
• Engage with customers to understand objectives and challenges, and develop tailored success plans.
• Monitor health of accounts, identify at-risk customers, and conduct regular business reviews.
