Job summary

Onapsis is seeking a motivated, client-focused Customer Success Manager to join its fully remote team supporting clients across Spain. You will ensure customers derive maximum value from the platform, foster long-term relationships, and drive retention as a trusted advisor.

In this remote-first role, you will implement strategic solutions, monitor health, and collaborate with sales, product, and support to advocate for customer needs across Spain.

Qualifications

• Experience in Customer Success or Account Management in SaaS/tech.
• Excellent Spanish communication and presentation skills; English is a plus.
• Understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action.
• Proficient with CRM/CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, ChurnZero).
• Bachelor's degree in Business/Marketing or related field, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth adoption of the platform.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand business objectives and challenges.
• Develop and execute tailored success plans for each client.
• Monitor customer health and identify at-risk accounts for proactive intervention.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
• Educate clients on new features, best practices, and advanced functionalities.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities based on client needs and growth.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to advocate for customer needs.
• Drive adoption and usage to boost customer satisfaction with services.
• Gather customer feedback to inform product improvements.
