Ethos is seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our fully remote team serving clients across Spain. You will ensure customers derive value from our platform, drive retention, and act as a trusted advisor to align solutions with client goals.

We value technology passion, excellent communication, and the ability to build long-term relationships. The role offers remote-first flexibility and autonomy in a fast-growing SaaS environment.

Qualificações

• Experience in SaaS/tech customer success.
• Fluent Spanish; English proficiency is a plus.
• Solid understanding of customer success principles and methodologies.
• Ability to analyze data, identify trends and translate insights into actions.
• Proficient with CRM/CS platforms (Salesforce, Gainsight, ChurnZero).

Responsabilidades

• Onboard new clients and ensure smooth platform adoption.
• Proactively engage with customers to understand objectives.
• Develop and execute tailored success plans.
• Monitor health metrics and identify at-risk accounts.
• Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews with clients.
• Educate clients on new features and best practices.
• Identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities aligned with client needs.
• Collaborate with Sales, Product, and Support to advocate for customers.
• Drive adoption, usage, and satisfaction with services.
• Gather feedback to inform product and service improvements.
