AssessFirst is expanding its Customer Success team in Spain. We are a fast-growing HR Tech company helping clients predict talent performance by analysing personality and learning ability.

You will manage Spanish customers from onboarding to renewal, driving adoption and measurable business value while contributing to recurring revenue. This role emphasizes collaboration with Sales, Product and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Customer Success or a similar role within B2B SaaS.
• Experience in recruitment or HR projects is a plus.
• Strong ability to structure onboarding and drive engagement.

Responsibilities

• Own onboarding and activation plans with clear use cases and KPIs.
• Monitor health and adoption, adjust CS paths to improve retention.
• Conduct success reviews and demonstrate product value to customers.
• Lead renewal efforts and identify expansion opportunities.
• Collaborate with Sales, Support, Product and Science teams.
