Job summary
Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for its explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions. This highly technical, customer-facing role supports industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets in a remote environment.

Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Electromechanical/Industrial engineering or related technical discipline.
- Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
- Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
- Experience managing multiple stakeholders throughout project lifecycles.
Responsibilities
- Review specifications and prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
- Manage catalog material orders from receipt to delivery with regulatory compliance.
- Serve as primary customer contact during project execution with regular updates.
