Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support our Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This remote role involves handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-ups across Spain and selected export markets.

You will coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams, provide product support for explosion-proof equipment, and maintain strong client relationships in an international setting.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Industrial/Electromechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, customer service engineering, inside sales, or order management.
• Experience with technical or engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French a plus.

Responsibilities

• Review customer specifications and prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing teams to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for customers during project execution with status updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity development.
• Provide technical guidance and product support for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and project communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers, distributors and sales colleagues.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe to ensure smooth service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives for customer experience and efficiency.
