Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to join the Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This highly technical, customer-facing role supports industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets in a 100% remote environment.

You will be the main contact throughout the project lifecycle, handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-ups, while collaborating with sales, engineering, manufacturing, and operations teams across Europe to ensure a seamless customer experience.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Industrial, or electromechanical engineering.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Experience supporting industrial customers with multiple stakeholders.

Responsabilidades

• Review customer specifications and documentation to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage catalog material orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during project execution with regular updates.
• Support sales by following up on quotations and helping drive opportunities.
• Provide technical guidance for explosion-proof equipment and power distribution solutions.
• Coordinate drawings, clarifications, and project communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build strong relationships with customers and distributors to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe across engineering, operations, and customer service.
• Contribute to continuous improvement to enhance customer experience and service quality.
