Job summary
Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support the Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business in Spain and selected export markets. This role is 100% remote, serving as the main contact through the project lifecycle, handling quotes, orders, and delivery follow-ups.
You will work with engineering, manufacturing, and sales across Europe, offering guidance on explosion-proof equipment and power distribution solutions, while ensuring regulatory compliance and high customer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Electrical, Industrial, or Electromechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in technical customer support or project coordination.
- Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
- Fluent in Spanish and English; French a plus.
Responsibilities
- Review specifications and prepare technical and commercial quotations.
- Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements.
- Manage orders for catalog material from receipt to delivery.
- Act as primary contact, provide status updates throughout projects.
- Support sales with quotation follow-up to drive opportunities.
- Provide technical guidance on explosion-proof equipment and power distribution solutions.
- Coordinate drawings and project communications with internal stakeholders.
- Build relationships with customers and distributors across Europe.
- Collaborate with international teams to improve service quality.
