Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support the Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business across Spain and select export markets in explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions. This is a 100% remote, highly technical, customer-facing role supporting industrial customers.

You will work with customers, sales, engineering, and manufacturing teams across Europe to ensure a seamless customer experience, timely order execution, and high satisfaction.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in electrical/electromechanical engineering or similar.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order industrial products and managing multiple stakeholders.
• Fluent in Spanish and English; French is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Review specifications and documents to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage customer orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Act as primary contact during project execution, providing status updates and delivery schedules.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity progression.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution solutions.
