Eaton Corporation is seeking a Customer Service Engineer for its explosion-proof electrical equipment and power distribution solutions. The role is remote, supporting Spain and select export markets across Europe.

You will manage technical quotations, orders, and customer communications throughout the project lifecycle. With a focus on cross-functional collaboration, you will work with engineering, manufacturing, and sales teams to ensure customer needs are understood and met, driving project

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.

Responsabilidades

• Review specifications to prepare technical and commercial quotations (quotations).
• Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
• Serve as primary contact for customers during project execution and provide updates.
• Support sales by quotation follow-up and opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment.
• Coordinate drawings, clarifications, and communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers and distributors to ensure satisfaction.
• Collaborate with international teams across Europe.
• Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience.
