Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support Crouse-Hinds / CEAG in Spain and select export markets. This highly technical, customer-facing role combines project coordination, order management, and stakeholder communication in a remote environment.

You will review specifications, prepare quotations, manage orders, and provide updates on status and delivery. Fluency in Spanish and English is required, with SAP/ERP experience preferred.

Competenze

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• Minimum 3 years experience in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products and managing multiple stakeholders.

Mansioni

• Review customer specifications to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering/manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery ensuring technical accuracy and compliance.
• Act as primary contact for customers throughout project execution with regular updates.
• Support sales by following up on quotations and driving opportunity conversion.
• Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution.
