Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support explosion-proof electrical equipment across Spain and selected export markets. This remote role serves as the main contact from project initiation through order delivery, coordinating with engineering, manufacturing, and sales to ensure accurate, compliant solutions.

You will review specifications, generate technical quotes, manage orders, and provide ongoing project updates while collaborating with Europe-wide teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a technical field relevant to electrical equipment.
• Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.

Responsibilities

• Review specifications to prepare technical and commercial quotations.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery with accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Be the primary contact for customers during projects with status updates.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and opportunity conversion.
• Provide product support for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment.
• Coordinate drawings, clarifications, and communications between customers and internal teams.
• Build relationships with customers and distributors across Europe.
