Job summary

Eaton is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support explosion-proof equipment and power distribution solutions across Spain and selected export markets. This 100% remote role places you as the primary contact for projects, handling technical quotations, orders, and delivery follow-ups with customers, distributors, and internal teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or related technical discipline.
• 3+ years in technical customer support, project coordination, or order management.
• Experience with engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
• Experience supporting industrial customers and managing stakeholders throughout projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare technical and commercial quotations from specs.
• Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to meet requirements.
• Manage orders from receipt to delivery with technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
• Provide project updates on status, lead times, and delivery schedules.
• Support sales with quotation follow-up and drive opportunity conversions.
• Provide technical guidance on catalog materials for explosion-proof equipment and power distribution/controls.
• Coordinate drawing approvals and clarifications between customers and internal stakeholders.
• Build relationships with customers and distributors; collaborate with international teams.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of customer experience and service quality.
