Job summary

Eaton Corporation in Spain is seeking a Customer Service Engineer to support the Crouse-Hinds / CEAG business. This highly technical, customer-facing role serves industrial customers across Spain and selected export markets in explosion-proof equipment and power distribution solutions.

Working in a 100% remote environment, you will be the key contact throughout the project lifecycle, handling technical quotations, orders, delivery follow-up, and coordinating with sales, engineering, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Electromechanical Engineering, or related technical discipline.
Minimum 3 years in technical customer support, project coordination, customer service engineering, inside sales, or order management.
Experience with technical or engineered-to-order products in industrial markets.
Experience supporting industrial customers and coordinating multiple stakeholders across project lifecycles.

Responsibilities

Review customer specifications and documents to prepare accurate technical and commercial quotations.
Coordinate with engineering and manufacturing to translate requirements into solutions.
Manage orders from receipt to delivery, ensuring technical accuracy and regulatory compliance.
Serve as primary contact for customers during project execution with regular updates on status, lead times and delivery schedules.
Support sales by following up on quotations and driving opportunity conversion.
Provide technical guidance for catalog material related to explosion-proof equipment and power distribution & control solutions.
Coordinate drawing approvals and project communications between customers and internal teams.
Build strong relationships with customers, distributors, and sales colleagues to ensure high satisfaction.
Collaborate with European teams across engineering, operations, manufacturing, and customer service.
Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives to enhance customer experience and operational efficiency.
