A leading hotel group based in Madrid is seeking an Associate Manager for their Corporate Accountancy team. The candidate will oversee financial reporting and compliance, manage external providers, and contribute to financial processes. A Bachelor's in Accounting and at least 3 years of audit experience are required. Fluency in advanced English is mandatory, while knowledge of SAP S/4HANA is a plus. The role emphasizes coordination, analytical skills, and the ability to work in a multicultural environment.

Formación

• Minimum 3 years of experience in external audit, preferably in a Big Four.
• Strong understanding of IFRS and/or local GAAP; hospitality experience is a plus.
• Advanced English (C1 or higher) mandatory; French or Dutch is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support month-end, quarter-end, and year-end closing processes.
• Review journal entries, account reconciliations, and financial statements.
• Supervise the work of external BPO providers for transactional accounting.
• Perform and oversee balance sheet reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing consolidated financial reports.
