T-Systems Iberia is seeking a Senior Customer Success Manager for T Cloud Public in Spain. You will take technical responsibility for delivering services to customers and ensuring contract success.

The role requires strategic client engagement, cloud optimization, and cross-functional collaboration across international teams. You will contribute to churn prevention, service excellence, and ongoing development of cloud handling support, with travel both nationally and internationally.

Qualifications

• Degree in computer science, engineering or comparable training.
• 5 years experience in cloud, IT architecture, technology strategy, sales and business development.
• Strong know-how in AI.
• Fluent German and English in written and spoken form.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic influence and develop the existing T Cloud Public business.
• Advise public customers on initial use and ongoing cloud optimization.
• Participate in the vertical squad of T Cloud Public and prevent churn.
• Support service excellence culture and customer satisfaction.
• Assist in planning and forecasting processes and translate customer requirements into internal actions.
